I have a bride that wants a middle tier that sparkles. Any ideas how I can accomplish this. She want the entire tier to appear as it has glitter all over it.

Have you checked out Amazon? They might have edible glitter that you could apply over a layer of buttercream that hasn’t crusted. Or do fondant and then apply shimmer luster dust mixed with vodka (or water – vodka just evaporates faster and makes the fondant less sticky) and apply it with a paintbrush.
